Two new bundles in Amy Editor, HTML and Texy editation
There are two new bundles available in Amy. These are Markup for anything markup related (HTML, XML, XSLT…) and Texy by David Grudl which is an excellent, simple, intuitive and human friendly language for content writers.
Another major change occurs when opening new document. The type of the document is now recognized according to its extension and proper bundle with language is loaded prior actual document. This saves often tedious job of manually finding the appropriate language. You may however still change the language later on as you wish.
Along the new syntax definition, there two new tab activation shortcuts for Markup: t<TAB> will insert new tag template – simply write the tag name and notice how is mirrored in the closing tag; and a<TAB> for an anchor <a href="dsdas" target="...">..</a> showing nested snippet placeholders (repeat pressing TAB and see:-)).
As usual, this is just a concept. Stay tuned! :)
